The entire design structure, and all of the pages, of the Second Exodus web site are copyrighted © 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 by Martin K. Barrack. All rights are reserved.

Visitors to this site are welcome to copy or print any page for their own personal use, and to share it with a small number of friends. Any person or group of persons who would like to make more than ten copies needs my permission. Please e-mail requests to me, explaining what you plan to do with the copies. I’m pretty friendly about granting permission, but I do want to be aware of Second Exodus evangelization efforts.

All copies of Second Exodus materials must include my name, Marty Barrack, wherever it appears in the original, and may not be altered. They must also carry my copyright notice: “Copyright © 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 by Martin K. Barrack, www.secondexodus.com. All rights reserved.

Also, Mt 10:8 “You received without pay, give without pay.” No one is allowed to sell copies of Second Exodus materials without my written approval.

I hold the copyright to the audio tapes marketed by Champions of the Truth, Inc. Permission to make copies of those tapes will not be granted. Additional copies may be purchased from Champions of the Truth, Inc.

Exceptions:

Scripture quotations are from The Catholic Edition of the Revised Standard Version of the Bible, copyright 1965, 1966 by the Division of Christian Education of the National Council of the Churches of Christ in the United States of America. Used by permission. All rights reserved.”

In the Vatican Documents section, some background statements were written by Msgr. Peter J. Elliott of the Archdiocese of Melbourne and copyrighted by Catholics Committed to Support the Pope. All of these statements are identified at the top of the column.

I have no information on copyrights for the prayers of the Catholic Church. I believe they are in the public domain.
