This entire area is a cooperative effort between Second Exodus and Catholic Committed to Support the Pope. Every page has some effort contributed by both of us.

Where a web page does not have a counterpart in Précis of Official Catholic Teaching, I considered that it was primarily a Second Exodus effort and used the Second Exodus page header. However, the preface pages do have a counterpart in Précis. I considered them primarily a Précis effort and used a special Précis header like this:
